Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change your reservation.
Whenever possible all changes will be advised to you and your local agents without delay.
Should these changes be minor, you will be offered a comparable alternative.
Reservations are not automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the designated date.

For the tours listed on this website, no cancellation fee will be charged until 15 days prior to the start of the trip after payment has been completed. Basically, the following conditions apply from 14 days prior to the trip start date.
Cancellation fee will be imposed as follows.
| 14 days before departure | 20% of total tour fare |
|---|---|
| 07 days before departure | 50% of total tour fare |
| 03 days before departure | 70% of total tour fare |
| No Show | 100% of total tour fare |
