Is there a requirement for the number of applicants?

A single booking can only be accepted for a minimum of 2 golfers who will be using the same itinerary. If there are people in your group with different itineraries, please make two separate reservations.Some courses have a minimum requirement of3 golfers, and often on weekends.

When is the due date for booking

A, The due date for inquiry is 10 days prior to the date of request for your round. If you have last minute inquiries, please send us via email from CONTACT in the footer.

Are there different conditions depending on the reservation date?

Golf plans for Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays, with some exceptions, may require a minimum of 3 golfers to make a reservation. Please note that some facilities cannot accept reservations for groups of 5 golfers.

What’s the period of time can book Tee Times.

Usually, it’s between 7:30am to 10:45am but it depends on golf courses and which seasons. If you need to travel to the airport or train station on the same day of play, we will do our best to arrange a time that is convenient for you. However, during peak times, the start time may be moved back or forth, and the order of courses may be switched. We cannot accept any requests of changes to the Tee Time after the reservation is confirmed. It takes approximately 5.5 hours to hole out, with a 45-minute lunch break after finish the first 9. Basically, there is no Tee Time after 11:00am.

Can we cancel if it rains of snow on the day of the event?

Even in the event of inclement weather, if you do not play on a day when the golf course is open, it will be considered a no-show for your convenience and the tour fee will not be refunded. Also, due to weather conditions or the course being crowded on the day of the tour, play may not be completed until sunset or the departure time of the transportation. In such cases, no refund of the tour fee will be made.

What is included in the golf fees?

All of our packages include cart fee, green fee, caddie fee, and consumption tax. If you wish to play with two golfers (twosome), tell us and please check the terms and conditions of each golf course in the reply from us. If there is no ”twosome guarantee”, we will require at least 3 golfers to play or some additoonal charge will be added to the total amount.

Do you have a loss guarantee if I lose my golf equipment?

We are not responsible for any problems that may occur. Please take care of your golf bag and other personal belongings by yourself.

What are the conditions for rental golf clubs or shoes?

When using rental clubs and shoes, you are required to your signature on the terms and conditions with details.

What is the dress-code for the golf course?

The golf course has own dress code, which will be informed after your reservation is confirmed. Please note that those who fail to abide by the rules and regulations may be denied entry to the golf course.Please be sure to follow the dress code.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation of a trip for the customer's own reason after the reservation has been confirmed, a cancellation fee as stated in the travel conditions will be charged.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Please note that the final itinerary and other information will be sent to the representative of the applicant by e-mail in principle.

If I book the package with transportation service, will everything go as planned?

Please note that there may be a longer waiting time at the golf course or no rest time (including bath) after play depending on the congestion and start/pick-up time.

When do I have to pay for my booking?

As a general rule, payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the date of tour. In the case of a booking made after that date, the payment should be made within 3 business days (closed on Saturday, Sunday and National holiday) of the arrival of the payment notice from us.

When will my tentative reservation expire after receiving the e-mail.

Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 10 business days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) prior to the day before the departure date of the weekday tours. For reservations on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays, the deadline is 15 days prior to the day before the departure date of the tour.

How do I make a payment?

When you have completed your reservation on our website, you will receive an email with a “flywire payment link”* so that you can make your payment directly there. We accept credit card via flywire.(VISA/Mastercard/American Express) An additional fee of 2.5% will be added to the invoice amount if you wish to pay by credit card.

What areas are available for pick-up and drop-off to the golf course?

Basically, the departure point will be a hotel in Kobe or Osaka city area. Rates vary depending on the distance from the departure point and the type of vehicle.
